Sand dunes in Death Valley California photographed in the early morning on a Christmas Day. It had rained 3 inches the week before I arrived and the dunes had taken on a different shape than simple wind drifts.
About Hugh Smith
A Philadelphia native, I have lived in Baja California for the past 3 years. I make photographs. Since my first Brownie Starflash when I was 6, I have tried to make photographs that make people think and touch an emotional spark in them. That is what motivates me as a photographer.
