Artist's Description

American Vet' photographing a statue of Ira Hayes at the Sacaton PowWow. Ira Hayes of course, was the Native American Indian who participated in the raising of the flag on Iwo Jima during WW II. This statue is in memory of his service and is apropos on Memorial Day.
