Artist's Description

I took this photograph of Allihies (Na hAilichi in Gaelic) just as the sun was perfectly lighting the hamlet. Allihies is a former copper mining town and is the farthest western city from Dublin near Dursey.

A Philadelphia native, I have lived in Baja California for the past 3 years. I make photographs. Since my first Brownie Starflash when I was 6, I have tried to make photographs that make people think and touch an emotional spark in them. That is what motivates me as a photographer. I shot catalogs for Spencer Gifts and Lenox China among others.
